As the AI & Automation Lead at Sambla Group, you will be responsible for spearheading the development and implementation of Generative AI, Intelligent Agents, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) across our organization. Your role will involve not only technical leadership but also strategic vision to drive AI and automation adoption, maximize business benefits, and foster a culture of innovation.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new use cases for Generative AI products, Intelligent Agents, and RPA solutions within the Sambla Group.

• Execute and build the Gen AI Platform strategy and a platform for the entire group.

• Lead and drive the adoption of various Gen AI solutions, Intelligent Agents, and RPA initiatives across Sambla Group, including developer experience, end-customer solutions, and automation via multi-agent workflows.

• Build, maintain, and lead an Engineering team to develop a robust Gen AI Platform and its use cases.

• Execute scaling mechanisms to transition projects from idea to proof-of-concept/value to production.

• Maintain effective stakeholder management to ensure alignment and support, and effectively communicate complex ideas.

• Design and guide best practices and architectural guidelines for AI model development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and auditing, with a focus on responsible tech.

• Strategize the deployment of AI & Automation to enhance customer experiences, optimize operational efficiencies, and bolster the company's competitive edge.

Must-Have Requirements:

• Deep demonstrable expertise in AI, particularly in LLM and RPA, with a strong background in data science or engineering.

• Proven track record in leading digital transformation projects and AI product development/deployment.

• Strong knowledge in Generative AI technologies, platforms, and Intelligent Agents.

• Expertise in project management and agile methodologies.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

In addition to the must-have requirements, candidates with experience in cloud-based AI solutions, familiarity with data privacy regulations, a background in machine learning and data analytics, and a vision aligned with redefining personal finances through cutting-edge technology will be highly regarded.
