We are looking for a dynamic and visionary AI Program and  Tech transformation Lead to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing AI / Tech transformation strategies, implementing plans, managing programs and projects with robust organizational change management, and ensuring alignment between business and Tech@Lilly. This role will work closely with key stakeholders including senior management, technical experts, vendors, partners, and external organizations to ensure successful execution of initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in AI, passion for innovation, strong learning agility and proven leadership skills, along with China market knowledge, strong business acumen, and proficiency in AI and modern technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

•Develop the comprehensive China Strategy and plan for AI and tech transformation, across all areas of the organization, that aligns with our business strategy.•Utilize insights of China market to tailor AI strategies that meet local business needs and capitalize on local tech opportunities.•Oversight the AI program, as well as strategic tech transformation programs / projects, to ensure its alignment with business priorities, ensure the execution is on track with the appropriate technology and Provide guidance and support to internal teams on best practices for using AI/ML in their area of expertise.• Establish and manage relationships with internal and external resources necessary to implement AI/ML solutions.•Lead Organizational Change Management (OCM) initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of AI technologies and upskilling/cultural change in the organization. Communicate the strategy and program progress to the affiliate leadership and other stakeholders.•Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business strategy / needs and build strong AI product future pipelines. •Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies and continuously seek opportunities to improve and innovate.• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations related to AI/ML usage within the organization• Manage budget and resource allocation for AI/ML initiatives

Qualifications:•Educational Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.•Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in tech strategy development and enterprise program implementation•Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams to drive changes within an organization. Strong program management and OCM skills.•Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, deep learning, Generative AI, and China local AI technologies.•China Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the China market and its unique dynamics.•Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and translate business goals into actionable AI initiatives.•Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
