Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated AI Solutions Strategist to lead the discovery, shaping, and storytelling of AI-driven opportunities across our Centers of Excellence. This role is ideal for someone with strong AI fluency, a strategic mindset, and the ability to build momentum through clear narratives, hands-on exploration, and cross-functional engagement.

You’ll partner with engineering, platform, and business teams to surface real-world AI opportunities, shape solution ideas, and help turn them into tangible outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and shape practical AI opportunities across automation, integration, and engineering use cases
  • Collaborate with architects and engineers to define solution approaches that align with platform strategy
  • Deliver engaging demos, internal presentations, and executive-ready narratives that showcase impact
  • Track developments in LLMs, RAG, vector search, and GenAI, and evaluate their enterprise relevance
  • Contribute to internal AI roadmaps by aligning emerging use cases with COE and platform priorities (e.g., A2A flows, MCP dashboards)
  • Facilitate engagement sessions, debriefs, and showcases to build awareness and spark new ideas
  • Act as a bridge between strategy and execution—fluent in the language of both business and technology

What You Bring

  • Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, embedding models, and agentic workflows
  • Familiarity with AI tools and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, OpenAI, or similar platforms)
  • Exceptional communication skills, comfortable presenting to senior leaders and translating complexity into clarity
  • Strategic problem-solving mindset, able to define opportunities, connect dots, and drive early-stage direction
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, engineering, QE, or platform)
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and validating ideas with early experimentation or visual storytelling

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in AI/ML, innovation strategy, automation, or platform transformation roles
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (or equivalent applied experience)
  • Experience in a Center of Excellence, platform team, or cross-enterprise transformation initiative is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead early-stage concept shaping and influence without authority

What We Offer

  • A leadership-aligned role shaping the AI direction across multiple enterprise portfolios
  • Opportunities to drive high-visibility initiatives, lead internal showcases, and contribute to thought leadership
  • Access to advanced GenAI tools, enterprise data platforms, and hands-on learning environments
  • A future-focused, collaborative team culture
  • Competitive compensation and a development path toward AI product leadership or architecture roles
