AIML - Sr Device Tooling Manager, Device Engineering (ML Platform & Technology)

Responsibilities
The developer software and tooling manager will work closely with AIML engineers to pair pools or released and unreleased devices with pipelines for ML models. Duties include:
- Match devices & builds for access in device cloud pools
- Update firmware for devices, peripherals, lab rack paraphernalia, and networking gear
- Provide clear, timely, and objective communication on device capacity, including regular updates, critical blockers, and presenting analysis to engineering teams
Job Requirements
- 15+ years of experience developing and or leading developers
- Experience leading software teams and extending services
- Deep knowledge of tooling in support of hardware dev cycles
- Ability to build world-class automation to allocate, provision, and maintain devices for use by engineering teams
