Summary:Robotic Research Autonomous Industries (RRAI) is seeking a Business Systems Analyst with a relentless pursuit of achieving strategic and tactical initiatives for the company, with a drive to improve the effectiveness of their colleagues. Reporting to the Head of Business Systems, the Business Systems Analyst is key member of the Business Systems team that can effectively communicate and drive business outcomes for our internal stakeholders. The Business Systems Analyst will manage and administer the effective deployment and integration of company tools and lead implementation or improvement projects to completion to uphold business initiatives.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Supports the uptime and effectiveness of business tools for internal stakeholders
  • Administers Robotic Research’s growing list of business tools, functionally and technically, and actively works to reduce friction and increase integration and harmony between them
  • Acts as a product owner for assigned internal tools, understanding internal user needs and translating them into implemented solutions that increase operational effectiveness
  • Works cross-functionally with IT, Product, Finance, Growth, Engineering, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Deployment Operations teams as a business tool and business process SME. Owns end user solutioning from idea to deployment.
  • Manages and monitors Jira task creation, and triages queue. Manages to agreed upon timelines as part of team Agile sprint planning process.

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on structure and execution
  • Proven track record of independently driving cross functional collaboration to deliver complete projects on time and according to requirements.
  • Ability to lead through ambiguity and independently run projects with minimal direction.
  • Ability to administer software tools and deploy improvements and bug fixes; perform bulk updates
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or NetSuite administration
  • Ability to take highly technical topics and translate into layman terms for users
  • Able to analyze business processes and propose process improvements via software to functional teams

Desired Skills & Abilities

  • Experience in using and/or administering business systems at a technology manufacturing company
  • Experienced working with Agile Software Development Methodology
  • Experience with integrating business tools using third party integration software such as Celigo, or by leveraging API’s and Webhooks.
  • Experience administering, or power-user of: Salesforce, NetSuite, Jira, Celigo, Slack, Rippling, Lattice, Ramp, Miro, Quip

Education & Experience:

  • B.S. or B.A in a related field from an accredited university or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years in management consulting and/or experience in a business operations or software administration role at a technology or manufacturing company
  • Previous technology support or engineering skills a plus.
