NVIDIA is looking for an AR and Collection Specialist, working as part of the AR and collection team in the finance department. The winning candidate will be the point person to manage accounts receivables and collection process from assigned customers. Responsibilities
- Manage full cycle of accounts receivable
- automated and manual invoicing process
- reconciliation of customers’ balances
- collecting payments and posting to accounts.
- Contact delinquent account customers to collect past due balances.
- Liaise with sales and operations to monitor and manage financial aspects of shipments and deliveries.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in economics/ accounting/business management or equivalent experience.
- 2+ year of experience with commercial collections
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Work as a team member - Strict attention to details - Promptness and accountability
- Service oriented
- English – fluent.
- Computer and information systems skills.
- Proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
