Computational Biologist (Early Discovery)

• Generate biological hypotheses by integrating single cell RNA-seq, FACS, and (spatial)-proteomic data into analyses that will be validated experimentally.
• Develop computational methods to analyze and visualize single-cell multi-omic data to provide insights into disease biology and MoA of selected targets
• Integrate and corroborate novel findings across public and internally generated datasets, including the alignment of in vitro data with patient and in vivo data to nominate relevant biological findings for further validation.
• Work closely with the lab to set up computational pipelines for new experimental technologies

• Experience in multi-omic data analysis including bulk and single-cell transcriptomics (2-4 yrs relevant experience; MSc w/ 2-3 yrs experience or PhD graduate)
• Expertise in current bioinformatics and computational biology tools, methods and applications;
• Comfortable with developing and testing data analysis code (R or Python's pandas)- MUST HAVE
• Keen interest in biology and immunology- MUST
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate with scientists from other disciplines - MUST
