Data Science: Associate Director

Experience: 15-17 years

Overview: We are looking for a experienced Data Scientist with expertise in Machine Learning and NLP/GenAI to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on challenging data science projects and make a significant impact on our client outcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow client accounts with onshore stakeholders.
• Lead accounts delivery team focused on data science and AI , having hands on delivery responsibility as well
• Prepare responses for Request for Proposal and Request for Information
• Develop quick Proof of concepts for client visits and client demo
• Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and GenAI based solutions in client projects
• Should have a solid understanding of NLP starting from transformers to the new generation LLMs
• Develop and maintain documentation for models, processes, and code to ensure reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
• Communicate results and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics or a related field; 
• Strong skills in Python, SQL, API and backend integration, code version control
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning algorithms, statistical methods and used them in client engagements
• Hands-on experience with Retriever Augmented Generations, Agentic Frameworks either in POC or client engagements
• Hands-on experience with time series forecasting models such as ARIMA, SARIMA, Exponential Smoothing, Prophet, LSTM, and others.
• Hands on code version control, docker based model deployment knowledge fundamentals 
• Comfortable with at-least one cloud provider between Azure, GCP or AWS
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to pickup new technology as it comes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex analytical concepts to non-technical audiences.
