About the role:

As our new Data Scientist, you’ll be at the heart of our AI transformation, responsible for developing and implementing strategies and guidelines for AI architecture. Your role will be central in building the bridge between innovative technology and everyday application, and you’ll collaborate across departments, to ensure our teams are equipped and confident in leveraging AI solutions.

Who You Are:

As the natural team player you are, you thrive on building strong relationships. You have great communication, presentation, collaboration, and teamwork skills, and shine when it comes to solving problems and making reliable decisions. Ability to translate business problems into data science solutions and having strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

Efficient in prioritization and time management, you work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Self-driven and curious, you bring an innovative approach to new technologies, especially AI and understand relevant cloud trends. Proven experience in multinational corporations and adept at collaborating with diverse, international teams.

Your eagerness to learn keeps you current with industry trends. Balancing long-term goals with short-term needs, you drive success and innovation, and with a proactive mindset, you continuously push the boundaries of what’s possible.

Your Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in end-to-end development and delivery of data and AI solutions.
• Familiarity with Databricks and experience with repository management tools like Git.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience with cloud services: primarily AWS and / or Azure.
• Strong knowledge of Python (including relevant libraries such as numpy, sci-kit learn, pandas, matplotlib, etc.), SQL, and experience in Java or Scala.
• Experience with big data technologies such as Spark.
• Good experience and knowledge of the principles, technologies, and algorithms of GenAI, AI, machine learning and operations research; ability to develop, implement, and deliver related systems, products, and services. 

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor’s / Master’s / Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Software Developer, or similar role.
• Experience in end-to-end development and delivery of software products in cloud environments is mandatory.
• Certifications in AI technologies would be an advantage.

Location: Mumbai India

But, with our hybrid working environment, you'll have the flexibility to work both onsite and remotely, promoting work-life balance for all team members. We meet in the office at least 2-3 days a week (50%).
