Oversee maintenance and instrumentation activities for manufacturing plant facilities to ensure safe and efficient operations.
Coordinate and execute major field maintenance projects while prioritizing worker safety and facility integrity.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to schedule maintenance tasks and minimize disruptions to plant operations.
Conduct instrumentation application studies and modify plant facilities according to technical specifications and business needs.
Organize and facilitate training sessions for staff and contractors to enhance their skills and competencies.
Implement management systems in compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SS506 standards.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering with 2-5 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduate with specialization in Electrical Power Engineering are also welcome.
Basic understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLC) and human-machine interfaces (HMI) is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Effective communication skills to interact with personnel across different functions and contractors.
Demonstrated spirit of collaboration and teamwork.
