What you do
- CEO Support: Serve as the CEO's right hand, managing schedules, ensuring effective communication, and prioritizing tasks to guarantee seamless operations.
- Office Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations at our Palo Alto office, managing office equipment and supplies, and ensure a clean, organized, and effective workspace.
- Travel and Events: Coordination: Managing all travel arrangements for the CEO and team members and coordinate company events, including meetings, celebrations, and team building activities.
- Financial Administration: Handle credit card administration, manage invoices, and oversee expense tracking.
- New Hire Onboarding: Facilities the seamless integration of new hires into the team through an effective onboarding process.
- Administrative Duties: Assume additional administrative duties as required, supporting the CEO and fostering company growth.
Your experience
- Proven experience (4-6 years) as an Executive Assistant, ideally in high-growth, tech start ups.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Ability to maintain composure and efficiency in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and ambiguous environment.
- Exceptional time management skills with the ability to proactively shift tasks and priorities.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, perform, and react effectively under pressure or in ambiguous situations.
