We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join the Business Finance team in the FP&A organization with a focus on the Consulting Services/Customer Success/ G&A and R&D businesses as HighRadius Corporation (HRC) experiences growth at scale. You will report to the Director of Business Finance FP&A. Our team helps promote deeper insights into our business and supports the leadership team with greater visibility and predictability.
Responsibilities
- Partner with G&A/CV/Professional Services/R&D organizations to manage budgets, forecasts, reports, and analyses.
- Manage revenue, headcount, and expense forecast
- Run month-end close with accounting
- Forecast financial results within 2% accuracy and explain levers to any variances from expectation
- Improve financial processes and implement system improvements to support hyper-growth at scale
- Improve forecast accuracy and develop recommendations based upon an understanding of HRC’s business model
- Work and build relationships with important partners across G&A and R&D organizations, finance and accounting teams to improve important insights
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a comparable quantitative field. MBA Finance (tier 2,3). CA is good to have.
- 4+ years of FP&A, Investment Banking, or Management Consulting experience with a focus on technology; familiarity with the software industry and SaaS business models.
- Strong Financial modeling skills and quantitative analysis experience
- Expert in Excel and Google Sheets; can maintain complex spreadsheets, comfortable with different modeling techniques and shortcuts
- Experience with GAAP. Understanding of GAAP and non-GAAP financial metrics
