About the role - Who are you?

Signal AI is looking for a talented and eager Graphic Designer. The ideal candidate would be creative and have a sharp eye for detail with a willingness to learn and contribute to our fast growing data and AI company. They should be passionate about design and have an interest in emerging tech and design trends with a drive to grow and develop professionally.

As our Designer, you will play a critical role in bringing Signal AI's visual identity to life for our brand and products. You will collaborate closely with our product marketing, field marketing, content and demand generation teams to create impactful designs that illustrate the value of our solutions and drive business growth. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects and contribute to the development of our design culture and processes.

Key Responsibilities - What you will be doing?

• Design of marketing collateral and other assets  for campaigns, online advertising and events (both digital and in-person)
• See projects through from concept to completion
• Create impactful design work that captures and promotes our company vision
• Understand project requirements and deliver against agreed concepts
• Use various techniques to create scamps and produce final design solutions
• Collaborate with team members to launch projects
• Interpret complex and abstract technical concepts into illustrative and impactful designs
• Take on special design tasks and take ownership of design work

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience with design software and editing tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
  After Effects, Premiere Pro (video editing and motion graphics) a plus, plus, plus!
• Collaborate with different teams to support the business across multiple projects
• Ability to engage creatively with strategy
• Strong skills in layout and typography
• Be a self-starter who can work well with both guidance and working independently
• The motivation to maintain and improve design standards and make suggestions
• Willingness to listen to feedback to hone skills and improve design output
• Be comfortable designing for print and digital executions
• Creative problem-solving and a ‘can-do’ attitude

Salary range: €20,000 - €23,000
