At Luma AI, we’re building the future of creative tooling using generative video. As we scale our impact beyond research and engineering, we’re building out the full business and operational backbone to support world-class product velocity — and we need a recruiter who can help us do it.
We’re looking for a high-ownership, full-cycle recruiter to lead hiring across go-to-market and corporate operations — including marketing, brand, community, recruiting coordination, sourcing, executive support, and internal ops. You’ll work side-by-side with GTM leadership, hiring managers, and execs to define what great looks like, then go out and find it.
This is a hybrid role based in Palo Alto, requiring regular onsite collaboration with our fast-moving, high-context team.
Run full-cycle recruiting across multiple GTM & Ops roles at once
Translate fuzzy hiring needs into clear scorecards and interview plans
Build strong top-of-funnel pipelines through sourcing and referrals
Close top talent across a mix of junior and senior profiles
Create consistent, high-signal, fast-moving interview loops
Own offer prep, compensation calibration, and close strategy
Represent Luma’s brand and mission with polish and conviction
4+ years recruiting in high-growth tech or product-led startups
Experience across GTM, recruiting, or operations roles
Comfort working in a hybrid Palo Alto setup (Bay Area-based)
Fast-paced, founder-friendly, systems-minded, and people-savvy
Bonus: experience at AI-native, creator economy, or design-led companies
