Tasks

We’re looking for a hands-on HubSpot Specialist who lives and breathes workflows, lists, emails, automation, and landing pages. You’ll be our go-to person for everything related to HubSpot – from the backend architecture to the user-facing experience on our HubSpot-hosted website.

In this hybrid role based in Bangalore, you’ll be part of the marketing team and work closely with leadership. The role involves:

• Design, develop, and maintain website landing pages using HubSpot CMS
• Create and manage smart lists, sequences, and triggers
• Work with the marketing team to set up new forms, CTAs, and integrations
• Build and optimize email marketing workflows and automation campaigns
• Maintain and evolve our HubSpot-hosted website
• Ensure HubSpot stays clean, scalable, and ready to grow
• Be the in-house HubSpot brain: shortcuts, hacks, and best practices

Requirements

• 3–5 years of proven experience in HubSpot (Marketing Hub + CMS)
• Strong knowledge of HubSpot workflows, automation, list segmentation, A/B testing
• Solid experience with HubSpot CMS and developing custom landing pages
• Bonus: understanding of HTML/CSS and HubL (HubSpot’s markup language)
• Eye for detail and UX – you care about clean design and clarity
• Ability to work independently and collaborate across marketing and product teams
