The HighRadius Corporate IT Support Specialist has a primary responsibility to support an exceptional working environment where employees can focus on being and performing their best. The corporate IT team supports a scalable enterprise with responsibilities to include information security and industry-standard compliance policies. This role applies knowledge of IT and business to advance organizational goals and comfortably navigate policy, people, and process-related organizational dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Supporting technical and non-technical stakeholders, accommodating a rapidly growing staff
  • Ensure internal Customer satisfaction by maintaining constant communication on open service items
  • Ensure the timely response to all service desk support calls and system-generated alerts
  • Participate in audit activities and audit remediation plans.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve OS, desktop applications, and other device issues
  • Maintain and manage inventory related to hardware, software, and other IT supplies
  • Follow policies and procedures to ensure all IT responsibilities are meeting business requirements and operating at peak performance
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Strong customer service background required
  • Strong experience with web-based computing services (video conferencing, CRM software, service ticketing solutions, and Google application suites)
  • General experience with MS Windows domain environment (Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, DHCP, license management, workstation imaging, access controls)

Desired requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience providing IT support and a Bachelor’s degree or progressive work experience with technology  
  • Strong service background required
  • Excellent communicator, able to speak to end users positively and explain technical detail in a manner they can understand
  • Enthusiasm and the ability to thrive in an atmosphere of constant change and growth
  • Ability to work and contribute in a team environment
  • Ability to balance daily incidents with project-based work
