Be an LMS champion for our business.

As an LMS Administrator I, responsibilities include designing, publishing, and maintaining learning content within the LMS. Collaborate with instructional designers, programme managers, and stakeholders to deploy and support learning programmes. Promote best practices, user-focused design, accessibility, and modern tools like generative AI. Manage communication, resolve queries, and oversee helpdesk tickets to ensure effective programme delivery.

As a Learning Management System Administrator I, you will be responsible for:

  • Publishing and maintaining learning materials, curriculums, and sessions in the LMS, aligning with accessibility standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and instructional designers to facilitate learning events and campaigns.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving LMS helpdesk tickets and user issues with a learner-first, globally inclusive perspective.
  • Providing training, demonstrations, and guidance to teams and stakeholders on platform functionality and practices.
  • Generating and analysing LMS reports and dashboards to support programme evaluation and data-informed decisions.
  • Applying prompt engineering or generative AI tools to enhance content creation, support, administration, and automation.
  • Exploring platform capabilities and recommending improvements while embracing curiosity about evolving learning technologies.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Possess knowledge in Information Systems or Instructional Design. Demonstrate experience in multilingual LMS Administration.
  • Demonstrate familiarity with Docebo LMS or similar learning platforms. Have exprience in applying knowledge of accessibility guidelines.
  • Have knowledge of AI tools, networking protocols like DNS, HTTP/S, and understand Content Delivery Networks.
  • Demonstrate expertise in HTML, CSS, APIs, and IAM protocols like SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect.
  • Have experience in crafting and maintaining precise technical documentation for internal and external utilisation.
  • Showcase excellent communication abilities, foster trust across cultures, solve technical problems, and collaborate effectively.
  • Have experience managing priorities, utilising LLMs, improving systems, advocating innovation, and embracing inclusive, curiosity-driven learning.
