This is a critical role at HighRadius which requires managing the legal entity accounting and compliance including, but not limited to, month end/ year end close, intercompany reconciliations, statutory/ local compliance, audit closure, variance/ trend analysis, etc. The role requires the candidate to be knowledgeable with basic US GAAP accounting. It also demands the person to have the ability to get into details, be strong on analytics and, coordinate with external consultants and alert the delays/ issues on time. This role requires timely closure with accuracy and completeness and close monitoring of the progress.
Responsibilities
- Candidate will be responsible for managing the legal entity accounting and compliance including, but not limited to
- month end/ year end close process
- intercompany and other balance sheet reconciliations
- statutory/ local compliance
- audit closure
- variance/ trend analysis
- Candidates should be well versed with basic US GAAP accounting requirements.
- Candidate should also possess strong ability to get into details, should have strong analytics capabilities and should be able to coordinate with external consultants
- Candidates are required to keep a track, monitor timely closure of activities and guide the team for accuracy and completeness of closure.
- Should have exposure to multi-currency environment
- Prepare financial statements and underlying disclosure and be the SPOC for all audits
- Ensure that processes are developed and maintained with adequate controls in place to comply with SOX framework
- Prior experience on Netsuite and with SAAS companies will be an added advantage
Job Requirements
- Chartered Accountant with 5-6 years of accounting experience.
- Good understanding of Statutory Compliance (US, UK, EMEA)
- Proficient with closing and reporting activities for legal entities, encompassing accounting, reconciliation and compliance with strong communication and coordination capabilities.
- Candidates with prior Big4 experience are preferred.
