The Market Development Representatives (MDR) are 6sense’s inbound specialists that are a prospective buyers first interaction with the brand. The manager of this team will help the MDRs sharpen their communication skills, meet SLA requirements, and drive the team towards their pipeline targets for the business.


  • Lead a team of MDRs based in North America
  • Manage inbound lead capacity of MDR team
  • Manage and monitor live chat conversation metrics and SLAs
  • Manage conversational email performance through 6senses own platform
  • Assist MDRs with Salesloft Cadence content
  • Coach MDRs on phone sales techniques and objection handling
  • Meet or exceed team monthly and quarterly quota goals

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in telesales or telesupport roles
