As a Data Analytics Associate on the Merchant Services Cost Insights team, you will play a key role in creating interactive dashboards for internal and external use, while enhancing business processes to deliver value and growth for clients. You will engage in projects that integrate data science, research, and business knowledge, focusing on cost-based analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, and visualization. Your responsibilities include using technical skills and business insight to collaboratively design and implement impactful solutions for clients and customers. The team supports both internal Payment Insights and external Digital Merchant Insights applications, as well as custom client analytics requests. Utilizing tools like Snowflake, Python, and Tableau, you will develop data pipelines and dashboards, ensuring the quality and integrity of intelligent solutions to streamline operations, improve decision-making, and drive growth through innovative AI applications.
