You'll translate business goals into actionable people strategies that enable our growth.
High-Performance Culture: Design and implement the processes and systems that foster excellence across our organization. You'll create the frameworks that help us build a culture where ambitious, results-driven professionals can excel while ensuring our approach remains human-centered and values-driven.
Cultural Stewardship: Shape how it feels to work at Tacto by embedding our values into everyday experiences, facilitating meaningful team connections, and ensuring we maintain our cultural DNA as we scale. This includes orchestrating team events and creating traditions that strengthen our community.
Employee Advocacy & Coaching: Serve as a trusted advisor and ally to team members across all levels, helping them navigate their professional growth while being their advocate within the organization. You'll create an environment where people feel heard, supported, and empowered to do their best work.
Operational Excellence: Own the practical foundations of people operations including HR administration, compensation structures, and compliance requirements that support our growing organization.
Become AI Native: Proactively identify opportunities to leverage AI to accelerate the work of your team, experiment with new approaches, and share successful workflows – contributing to Tacto's culture of high-velocity execution and innovation.
You're a natural coach with exceptional emotional intelligence who can build trust across all levels of the organization while challenging people to grow
You have the confidence and communication skills to serve as a strong sparrings partner and when needed counterweight to the CEO, advocating for people-centric approaches while understanding business realities
You bring 3-5 years of experience in dynamic, high-growth environments with a track record of creating positive change in how organizations develop their people
You've ideally guided a VC-backed tech or SaaS company through rapid scaling and understand the unique people challenges this presents
You combine empathetic listening with decisive action—you're equally skilled at making people feel heard and driving meaningful organizational change
You possess the rare ability to balance being an ally to all employees while maintaining the perspective needed to make tough decisions in the company's best interest
You're hands-on and solutions-oriented, with a bias toward practical implementations rather than theoretical frameworks
