Responsibilities
Responsible for optimizing and establishing more efficient project management processes with Jira and Confluence to keep team info transparent
Provides guidance on the translation of the strategic goals of multiple projects into tactical and operational objectives
Applies recognized project management methodology to manage scope, resources, time, cost, quality, risk and communications
Allocate & prioritize resources across multiple projects to balance resources against business needs
Discuss milestones with teams to identify efficiencies and acceleration opportunities, monitor the whole process, manage the features in product projects, and ensure the correctness of product direction.
Work with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams and obtain product needs. To get aligned with the goal, engage diverse stakeholder groups to manage expectations.
Assist the Product Owner in developing annual, quarterly, and monthly work plan
Team project management training and build-up team core competency
Requirements
Familiar with product demand development. Devise. Verification and production processes, 3 years or more experience in large-scale BTB software product development project management
Proficient in the management of product agile development process, good at using product management tools such as Jira and Confluence.
Have PMP certificate. Familiarity with agile development.
Have strong coordination. Communication and organizational skills, with strong ability to work under pressure.
