In this role you will enable research by implementing, cultivating and bringing clarity and visibility to the core processes of the research organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Implement and deliver core research processes, ensuring they are continually assessed and fit for purpose as the organisation grows and scales
  • Use research and analysis to make data driven recommendations for process improvements or to identify new processes when required
  • Collaborate with key partners to understand their needs and requirements and scope these into clear product/process briefs
  • Coordinate and run projects designed to implement change, utilising your knowledge of project management methodologies and tools and adapting these dependent on project requirements
  • Create clear documentation on process flow and take ownership of a calendar of key processes and delivery dates
  • Establish metrics for success at the start of a project and continually supervise  progress to ensure results, providing regular updates for key stakeholders

Job Requirements

  • Detail oriented
  • Motivated and driven by improving process efficiency and problem solving
  • Understanding of, and experience in, applying process improvement techniques
  • Excellent attention to detail with the ability to relate data to real world context
  • Analytical thinking, able to evaluate processes and use insights to arrive at recommendations
  • Confident with Sheets and eager to develop additional skills such as pivot tables and SQL
  • Process automation skills are an advantage (Google Tables, form development, templated emails)
