As a Product Design Lead at Jasper, you will report to the Head of Design on the product team. You’ll lead product design work at the highest level, oversee the work of a number of designers, and be responsible for knitting together a cohesive experience for customers. You’ll play a key role in setting the vision for our product design work—from helping create the roadmap, to overseeing 0-1 execution of new features, to ensuring our collective design work moves the needle for customers and Jasper’s business.

Our teams are passionate about supporting new employees and growing a diverse culture of ideas and collaboration. Our work is about using artificial intelligence to unlock creative potential. We see AI as a partner to creatives that can get them through writer’s block, over hurdles and out of the content hamster wheel. Ai should empower content creators to do their best work and get time and mental space back for new ideas. Our target market is composed of creatives (writers, designers, content marketers) and content-forward companies.

Job Requirements

  • Portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to lead product design work and solve novel Zero-to-One challenges.
  • Track record that demonstrates your ability to work closely with engineers and product managers to ship tightly integrated experiences to customers.
  • Proven ability to use qualitative and quantitative data, as well as customer feedback, to decide on strategic priorities, make difficult decisions, and prove that what we ship moves the right needles for customers.
