Proven experience to build great teams and get big things done across functions and products at companies similar to Meta. Close to the details but also proven leadership building high-quality, at-scale 50+ PM organizations. Ideally has had experience previously leading back-end engineering teams also.Strong technical background, enjoys rolling up your sleeves and getting hands-on and into the details. Has built and can articulate technical infrastructure needed for zero-ETL, structured and unstructured data, metadata mining, real-time streaming data integrations, and has built/can articulate what’s needed for enterprise developer APIs.
