Project Manager, Customer Success

This position reports to the VP of Customer Success and is responsible for defining, implementing, and managing the overall project plan and delivery of CAI’s portfolio of real-world data products, technology platforms, and research services to top life science partners. The candidate will be a contributing member of the broader Customer Success team with responsibility for managing all activities for assigned accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the planning, execution, successful delivery and use of ConcertAI data, technology and services to enable clients to obtain the most value out of the solutions delivered.
  • Coordinate and lead internal and client-facing meetings and discussions, including owning client meeting planning, scheduling, invitations, minutes, decision log and next steps.
  • Align internal, cross-functional stakeholders to drive toward project deliverable execution, collaborate across all functions of the company, and communicate with peers, customer teams and executive staff.
  • Work with and across ConcertAI functional teams to manage customer account and ensure client value derived from the ConcertAI solutions and studies achieve performance metrics aligned to account specific critical program and operational capabilities milestones.
  • Complete project management duties including designing and managing overall project plan, risk planning & mitigations, issue communication & resolution, creating and maintaining RACI’s, decision logs, change management and release management communication.

Job Requirements

  • B.A. or B.S. (preferred discipline in biological sciences, engineering, biostatistics, health economics, or similar).
  • 3-5 years of experience managing complex projects and 2-3 years of experience in client-facing roles in healthcare or life sciences.
  • Very strong project management skills with excellent problem solving, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Outstanding oral and written communication, and people skills.
  • Team player, but also able to self-direct, and able to thrive and lead through change.
  • Clinical or scientific background in oncology is a plus.
  • Prior management consulting experience is a plus.
