  • Complete DX assessments 
  • Completes and recommends monthly therapy and consultant hours
  • Prescribes medication accordingly and collaborating with pharmacies 
  • Observes, records and reports PWS condition, reactions to prescribing medications, including PRNs. 
  • Completes trainings and provide education to staff on medications, symptoms, side effects etc.
  • Reviews previous and current documentation, including discharge paperwork
  • Review EMAR
  • Document in Digital Agency and Behavior Agency
  • Collaborates with stakeholders including CCL, DDS and Regional Centers
  • Collaborates with medical personnel such as RN's, MD's, Social Workers, Psychologist and Psychiatrist in hospital or inpatient settings
  • Ensure best practices and provide discussions for the PWS with YAI RN's, Social Workers and QBMPs. 
  • Attends House Meetings, Leadership Meetings, Clinical Rounds, and IBSPs. 
  • Triage emergency and/or non-emergency phone calls
