We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join our growing Sales Team in DACH Region. In this role the Regional Sales Manager will be working with healthcare systems and channel partners to drive TeraRecon solutions sales specific to medical imaging departments, including radiologists, neurologists, cardiologists, vascular surgeons, and neurologists. The primary objective of the role is to support and grow our market share and promote the utilization of lifesaving, AI-powered advanced visualization applications which accelerate care and significantly improve clinical decision making. Supported by the premier reputation of a trusted industry leader, this person will position the company as the undisputed innovator of true enterprise-wide imaging AI decision support solution.


  • Achieving assigned quarterly/annual bookings and activity targets.
  • Managing and maintaining customer relationships within the assigned territory.
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies for the assigned territory.
  • Building and generating leads, and a sales pipeline.
  • Directly pursuing, developing and closing sales opportunities with end users as well as partners.
  • Provide information, advice and guidance enabling customers to make informed decisions
  • Performing on-site presentations and demonstrations at prospective customer sites and tradeshows.
  • Working under the guidance and direction of Director of EU Sales.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
  • Maintain Customer Relationship Management system (CRM), providing comprehensive weekly. reports, and sales forecasts
  • Ensure Medizinproduktberator training is received on an annual basis.

Job Requirements

  • 5 years’ experience in selling healthcare IT software solutions with medical imaging workflow experience strongly preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience with PACS, CT, MR, PET, AI, Universal Viewers, Web Viewers, Enterprise Medical Image Viewers and/or advanced visualization/3D technology solutions used for decision support/reporting solutions.
  • The ideal candidate have worked with/ within Radiology/ Cardiology/ Neurology or Vascular Departments, and has deep understanding of daily tasks, challenges and needs of those environments.
  • A demonstrated capability to manage all phases of the business development process, from market planning, personal outreach and lead identification to deal development and closure.
  • Working experience with Partners and Resellers.
  • Good clinical understanding of procedures in Radiology, Cardiology, Neurology and Vascular Departments.
  • An understanding of medical device regulatory environments an advantage
  • In depth understanding of German and Austrian Healthcare systems.
  • Experienced in remote working environment and supporting technology.
  • Self-Starter able to work independently and proactively on own targets, and as part of highly experienced and dedicated team.
  • Salesforce – experience an advantage
  • Native German, English – business proficiency


  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Higher Academic Degree is an advantage.
  • Clinical/Radiology background or knowledge – an advantage.
