Sales Development Representative

The Director of Global Alliances reporting to the President of SparkCognition will lead the strategic direction and execution of SparkCognition’s indirect sales go-to-market strategy, operations, and revenue across all geographic regions for industrial data science and computer vision technologies. They will manage a growing team and work closely with internal stakeholders to establish new alliances and manage existing relationships to deliver significant revenue contributions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute detailed worldwide business plans to achieve clear financial goals
  • Build a team of alliances and partnership managers
  • Establish indirect sale, channel strategies and programs and lead the execution in the market
  • Identify, create, and develop strong relationships with leading vendors, system integrators, and consulting firms to develop them into advocates and partners
  • Evaluate current products and recommend enhancements necessary to scale the channel
  • Work closely with the Finance, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to provide partner feedback to improve our product offering, customer experience and devise and implement innovative go-to-market strategies.
  • Communicate regularly and as-needed to internal stakeholders the progress, plans, and directions needed to keep the organization aligned to objectives, including communication with C-Level executives

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years' experience in business development, relationship management and strategic alliances in the Software/SAAS fields
  • Extensive professional network in the Software/SaaS fields
  • Master’s degree in business administration and/or Marketing or Technology
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the AI/ML partner ecosystems
  • Experience in energy, renewables, manufacturing, security, computer vision and fin-tech verticals
  • Rapid learner, self-starter who takes the initiative to achieve and exceed goals and thrives in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid background and proven track record in formulating and executing partnership strategies
  • Strong organizational, leadership, and interpersonal skills and passion for engaging with people
  • Willingness to travel extensively to deliver revenue goals
