The Founding Sales will take on the entire Enterprise sales function, transitioning from founder-led sales (closed multiple millions). It will involve everything from both inbound and outbound prospecting of VPs, explaining our technical product on discovery calls, pilot scoping, commercial review, to signing the deal. You’ll also be a foundational part of how we build the culture at Vapi.
Pitch the product to the founder in the first 7 days
Take point on full qualified inbound pipeline in the first 14 days
Close a $100k deal in the first 30 days working closely with CEO/founder
Reach a rate of 4x $100k deals per month in the first 60 days
Close an outbound deal in the first 60 days
Communication: You can clearly articulate what you’re thinking and feeling
Competitive: You have a history of winning in sales, sports, or games
