Senior Autonomous Driving Verification and Validation Engineer

• Take ownership of Autonomous Driving related verification & validation and work products regarding vehicle-level and system level testing.
• Work with the software and hardware teams to capture their processes, identify gaps, and propose new verification & validation frameworks for AI-based and traditional products.
• Develop novel methods for verification & validation in autonomous driving systems.
• Develop traceability of test results to requirements.
• Develop metrics for simulation, test track, and public roads testing.
• Work with Functional Safety, SOTIF, and Cybersecurity engineers on the overall safety case.

• A minimum of 5 years experience working in automotive, aerospace, robotics, or medical
• Outstanding track record in verification & validation
• Organized, detail-oriented and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
• Adaptable to a changing environment and able to consistently achieve goals despite ambiguity
• Ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels including team peers, managers and staff
• Ability to dive deep into autonomous vehicle technology and provide thought-provoking, workable verification & validation methods for software and hardware engineers
