

Senior Lifecycle Analyst II
Job Description
We’re looking for an individual to serve as a Senior Analyst on our Lifecycle Management team - a team responsible for developing and managing the end-to-end AV lifecycle of our fleet from delivery to decommissioning. As Senior Lifecycle Analyst II, you will help support our reliability-centered maintenance plan, vehicle change program, and service demand planning. This is an impactful leadership role within our Technical Operations team that collaborates daily with Engineering, Operations, and our OEM partners to enable the safe, effective, and rapid scaling of our commercial fleet. With the shift from purely R&D to a commercial business, the emphasis is on cost efficiency, scaling our operations with thoughtful planning, and programs to optimize asset utilization.
Responsibilities
- Help implement optimized lifecycle management strategies to cut costs and maintain high fleet availability
- Analytical modeling and problem solving: Model near term projections of different scenarios in Google Sheets
- Collaborate with a team of skilled engineers and analysts to drive scalable lifecycle programs for our fleet
- Achieve annual goals and quarterly Objectives & Key Results for your team, aligning them with company level goals and partner teams
- Lead cross-functional working groups to plan, design, deliver, and implement new AV capabilities that will allow Cruise to expand our fleet size and geography
- Develop service demand forecasts that align with our business plans and market expansions
- Develop an implementation strategy for special tools to improve service procedure quality and efficiency
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of demonstrated experience in lifecycle management, reliability, technical program management or similar technical background
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, establish a motivating vision, and drive execution
- Strong communication and collaboration skills; ability to influence cross-functionally between senior leaders and external partners
- Ability to adapt, operate, and act decisively in ambiguous environment
- Proven expertize implementing cost-savings strategies or process improvements
