About The Role

The Senior Manager will be managing the Data Science team in China, conduct experiments on large datasets to evaluate the feasibility, results, and performance of NLP& LLM (Large Language Model). This DS make sound engineering decisions and improve software development practices with an eye for performance and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis and Modeling: Perform advanced data analysis, modeling, and machine learning to develop predictive and prescriptive models that drive business outcomes.
• Data Collection and Preparation: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets, ensuring data quality and reliability.
• Machine Learning and AI: Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and AI solutions to solve complex business problems.
• Data Visualization: Create informative and compelling data visualizations to communicate results and insights to stakeholders effectively.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, business analysts, and domain experts, to identify opportunities and address business challenges.
• Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and techniques in data science and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
• Model Deployment: Assist in the deployment of machine learning models into production environments.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of projects, models, and code for knowledge sharing and reproducibility.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in data science, machine learning, or AI, with a track record of delivering impactful projects.
• At least 3 years+ experiences in managing a sizable team
• Experience with generative AI models and techniques (e.g., LLMs, GANs) for content generation.
• Strong knowledge of statistical analysis, machine learning algorithms, and data manipulation techniques.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin
