In this role you’ll lead the Moveworks web strategy to create a strong online presence that builds the brand and fuels growth. You will define the web strategy and partner with business and marketing leaders to identify needs, define priorities and accelerate performance improvements. You'll lead global initiatives to ensure the website accurately conveys our value proposition across audiences, and is locally relevant. We're looking for a motivated self-starter who thrives in a team environment and is excited about working cross-functionally.
Responsibilities
- Evolve and optimize the Moveworks website to reflect our brand story, and educate prospects at all stages of the decision making cycle
- Define and own the KPIs for all aspects of the website and implement reporting to demonstrate performance improvements
- Ensure the web strategy is in line with the overall company, marketing, sales and product strategies
- Hire and mentor a world class web team that can support the demands of a hyper growth company
- Implement a consistent process for web development to support continuous updates and optimization
- Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Content Marketing, Creative and Demand Generation to ensure web plans align with product launches, campaigns and content marketing goals
- Create a website optimization strategy that focuses on the user experience, using A/B testing, personalization, and dynamic content to improve user journeys and target key audience segments.
- Ensure the website is optimized for SEO and is localized for our target markets
Job Requirements
- Excellent understanding of Content Management Systems (CMS)
- Experience with Adobe Experience Manager
- Experience localizing websites for international markets
- Ability to troubleshoot website performance issues
- Ability to identify and respond to all website security breaches.
- Experience implementing security measures to prevent breaches
- Provide full compliance on the website with all laws and regulations.
- 5+ years leading and mentoring web teams
