The product manager will leverage Immunai’s vast data assets and knowledge assets to build a platform which will enable solving real world questions in therapeutics discovery and development. The ideal candidate will have a strong ownership mentality and will obsess about both the big picture as well as the details. They should be energized by working in a fast-paced startup culture, operating with a high degree of autonomy, and collaborating closely with a highly talented team to deliver massive impact and build a transformational software product.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs, and translate user inputs into well-scoped requirements and success hypotheses
- Build product culture: Obsess over the ‘why’ and ‘so what’ of your product, and bring your team and the company along on your vision and strategy
- Own the roadmap for your product; understand and prioritize work so your team is always working on the most impactful initiatives
- Execute—work hands-on to deliver new capabilities across the lifecycle of the product.
- Travel requirement - 10-25% to spend time with dev/sales teams
- Proactively communicate goals, strategy, and status to stakeholders across the company
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in product management roles
- BSc or a higher degree in the life sciences or relevant work experience -MUST
- Proven ability to drive product execution with cross-functional teams
- Experience managing data and algorithm-focused products
- Experience working with international teams, sales teams and engineers.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills
