Work closely with hiring managers to deeply understand requirements of the role and how it fits into the organization.
Continuously strive to improve the recruiting process by using data and analyzing market trends.
Be a Jasper ambassador and provide a welcoming and delightful candidate experience.
Research markets, companies, teams and role types to help drive a consistent pipeline of candidates who are qualified for currently available and upcoming roles.
Innovate and drive diversity sourcing strategies using various tools to help influence sourcing strategy.
6-8 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a proven track record of successfully placing candidates in technical and non-technical roles.
Exceptional adaptability and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong client management skills, including the ability to understand and meet the unique needs of each department.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse preferred) and various sourcing tools.
Passion for building inclusive and diverse teams.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
