Jasper is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Operations professional to help us stand up an effective Revenue Operations team from scratch with the mission of increasing revenue growth through high performing processes, systems, analytics and enablement. We are looking for someone who thrives on creating order from chaos and is motivated to empower the success of a B2B revenue org. You’ll be hands-on in building out many of the disciplines of Revenue Operations for us.

Responsibilities

  • Sales Process & Methodology: manage and optimize the sales UX, continually improve cross-functional processes, and provide data-driven recommendations to maximize sales efficiency to support outstanding execution.
  • Sales Forecasting & Reporting: design and manage the processes to support accurate and timely sales forecasting and KPI reporting.
  • GTM Technology Management: ensure the effective administration of Salesforce, Outreach, Gong and Apollo and critically evaluate other third-party tools, overhauling the stack when necessary to drive efficiencies and improve team performance across GTM.
  • GTM Planning and Compensation: recommend and manage compensation plans and incentive schemes to motivate teams and align incentives to corporate OKRs.
  • Sales Enablement: Lead and support sales training and best practice knowledge sharing initiatives to accelerate and maximize the productivity of the sales team. Includes managing curriculum development, optimizations, collaborating with sales leadership on productivity gaps, translating learnings to forecast plans and models.
  • Team Training: help to hire onboard and guide top talent to own business systems and sales enablement.

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales operations experience, preferably within high-growth technology environments
  • Ability to translate GTM needs and complex business problems into actionable requirements and project milestones
  • Ability to drive significant change initiatives across sales, CS and marketing, scaling processes in a growth-stage company increasing headcount
  • Experience designing and managing technology sales and CS compensation frameworks
  • Advanced knowledge of revenue-driving support systems and tools like Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Chili Piper, and others, in supporting high performing GTM teams
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and able to handle multiple competing priorities
  • Adaptable for the quickly changing landscape of a startup environment
