Collaborate with customers to identify API Security needs and implement impactful solutions. Support infrastructure by addressing open-ended questions, such as identifying API inventory. You will utilise problem-solving, creativity, and expertise to map APIs, evaluate exposure, and mitigate risks, ensuring customer success.

You'll solve technical and business problems, assess alternatives, costs and consequences, and present to stakeholders. You'll learn new technologies and cloud stacks, and even develop integration tools yourself. You'll make many decisions independently, within a team that supports and challenges you as you develop.

As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for:

• Developing architecture diagrams and integration checklists
• Integrating the platform with both inbound customer data sources and outbound workflow integrations
• Providing enablement and knowledge transfer to customer personnel
• Tracking progress and regularly communicate to internal and external stakeholders
• Stepping through anomalies/failures and provide expert guidance to resolution

Do what you love

To be successful in this role you will:

• Possess equivalent certifications in a technical domain.
• Have extensive experience in a technical capacity as a vendor for large enterprises
• Have prior experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or similar customer facing role
• Demonstrate experience with AWS, Azure, GCP, Kubernetes, Docker, Balancing, and NGINX.
• Have a clear understanding of web-based and network protocols (REST over HTTP, gRPC, GraphQL, etc.)
• Have prior experience with API development, technologies and infrastructure, container technologies, API Gateways and WAF
