The Sr. Manager, Global Campaign Strategy for the Cloud Security Portfolio (CNAPP, CWPP, CSPM, CIEM products) ensures that campaign and content best practices are applied to integrated marketing program planning so that the full buyer’s journey and reputation, demand and acceleration activities have been included in activation plans. Building strong cross-functional relationships, they will create marketing campaigns, programs, and GTM plays applying industry, audience, and solution expertise to create audience-centric campaigns with content plans that advance business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Create best-in-class, comprehensive campaigns that generate awareness and demand for CrowdStrike solutions, aligned to business goals.
  • Develop campaign strategy, goals & KPIs, segmentation, messaging, concepting, campaign creative, journey mapping, marketing mix, programs, content & offers, promotions, and sales plays to drive seamless full-funnel campaign journeys into key personas, segments, and verticals for the cloud security portfolio.
  • Build packaged awareness, demand, and acceleration programs to execute globally through partner, direct, and product-led motions.
  • Work in lockstep with global execution teams from AR, PR, Social, Events, Customer Marketing, Digital and Growth, Field and Partner marketing, SDR and field sales teams to orchestrate and activate campaigns and related programs.
  • Build and manage cross-functional relationships needed to link people, process and technologies that deliver best in class campaigns and programs that move the needle to grow the business.
  • Work across functions and levels – from individual contributors to key executives – to ensure comprehensive inputs to strategic campaign planning.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver global product launches, lightning strikes, and agile releases, aligned to product and business goals.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, English or journalism.
  • 11+ years of campaign management, integrated marketing, demand generation, or content marketing, and/or agency experience.
  • Cross-functional, multi-phase and complex project management.
  • Strong handle on marketing fundamentals, including integrated marketing, demand generation, and Account Based Marketing (ABM/ABX) concepts.
  • Direct experience marketing to DevOps/DevSecOps personas, and designing and executing programs with technology alliance partners.
  • Extensive and recent experience with executing multi-persona, full-funnel global integrated campaigns and product introductions or research launches for a SaaS or B2B vendor
  • Working experience of regional and industry-specific nuances to inform global campaign messages
  • Strong writing and editing skills for demand generation content (Ad headlines, Landing Pages, etc)
  • Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams, and hold key stakeholders accountable
