We are seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate to join our team. You will be working closely with Senior Executives and playing an important role in the day-to-day work with partners (e.g., developing pitch materials, tracking progress against milestones, building financial models). In addition, you will own high priority tasks and initiatives for the company across functions.

The Strategy & Operations Associate will work across different areas of the business with a focus on Corporate Development – examples include Clinical Operations (working with our VP of Operations), Medical Services (working with our Chief Medical Officer), and Finance & Corporate Development (working with our CFO and Chief Product Officer).

Responsibilities

  • Lead high priority projects and strategic initiatives that define the future of K Health
  • Problem-solve across a variety of company initiatives where you will be asked to identify, structure, and help solve our most pressing business challenges
  • Analyze everything, from building financial models to evaluating the cost / benefit of different initiatives, to modeling the future of our business
  • Strategize, help us build detailed work plans to enter new markets, launch new products, improve operational efficiency, and capture new opportunities
  • Occasional travel is required

Job Requirements

  • 2-4 years of work experience in a top strategy consulting firm (preferred) or investment bank
  • Bonus for experience in Healthcare / Digital Health
  • Strong analytical skills, with mastery of Excel and proven experience with financial modeling / analysis
  • Structured problem-solving and executional skills that take a vision and make it a business reality
  • Ownership mindset, not afraid to get your hands dirty, dive into the data and build something from the ground-up
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to craft a business case and convince others to believe in it
  • Intellectual curiosity – excitement to learn about new market front-to-back and teach it to others
  • Collaborative mindset and ability to work with external partners
  • Confident and courageous attitude – able to defend your ideas to senior executives and seasoned technology leaders
