We want to make investments in growing London presence to tap into the talent pool outside North America and have close partnerships with GenAI and RecSys teams there. We have a small team and London (Feature store) and we are currently bootstrapping a new multi-disciplinary team with expertise in various aspects of Distributed Systems, Performance engineering and domain specific knowledge (ML Sys, MLEs) to work on a unique high visibility opportunity to build a heterogeneous workload optimization engine on top of the Monarch Single Controller framework.
