Responsibilities
Design and develop new AI-powered features in line with the product roadmap, following best coding practices.
Build and implement APIs and backend services that seamlessly integrate AI models into content and sales workflows.
Develop user-facing interfaces for AI-driven tools like recommendation engines, personalized advertising, and automated content creation.
Identify and solve technical challenges with a focus on improving AI performance, scalability, and reliability.
Investigate and resolve product-related issues, acting as a go-to problem solver within the team.
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to performance and scalability standards.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and apply them thoughtfully to improve products.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and customer needs.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a technical role with a solid grasp of AI/ML fundamentals and real-world applications.
Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
Proven experience working in distributed teams (onshore-offshore model) with a collaborative and adaptable mindset.
Familiarity with Agile development processes, project management tools (e.g., Jira), and collaboration platforms.
