We are seeking a talented and experienced Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in developing and deploying machine learning models for our production systems. You will work closely with our data scientists, software engineers, and cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain scalable machine learning solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, optimize, and deploy machine learning models, including classification, regression, and fine-tuning large language models like LLama and Vicuna.
• Collaborate with data scientists to understand business requirements and translate them into machine learning solutions.
• Preprocess and clean large datasets to ensure data quality and reliability.
• Implement feature engineering techniques to extract meaningful insights from complex data.
• Train, validate, and fine-tune machine learning models using state-of-the-art algorithms and methodologies, including LLama and Vicuna models.
• Conduct rigorous testing and performance evaluations of machine learning models to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Deploy machine learning models into production environments, ensuring scalability, stability, and reliability.
• Monitor and maintain deployed models, addressing any issues or improvements as necessary.
• Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into existing software systems or develop new systems to support machine learning infrastructure.

Basic Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• Proven experience in developing and deploying classification and regression models, including fine-tuning large language models like LLama and Vicuna, in production environments.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with popular machine learning libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques.
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms, including logistic regression, decision trees, random forests, gradient boosting, and neural networks.
• Experience with data visualization and exploratory data analysis using tools like matplotlib or seaborn.
• Hands-on working with SQL, Redis and vector database.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and experience deploying machine learning models in a cloud environment.
• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, and code documentation.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to quickly grasp complex concepts and algorithms.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with deep learning architectures and frameworks (e.g., CNNs, RNNs, Keras, or PyTorch).
• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) techniques and libraries.
• Knowledge of distributed computing frameworks such as Apache Spark.
• Understanding of containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Experience with big data processing and storage technologies like Apache Hadoop and Apache Kafka.
