What will you be doing?
As a Product Support Engineer based within the Delivery Team, your primary role will be to serve as the interface between the Engineering, Platform, Product Management, and Data Science teams, owing a range of technical product support responsibilities from platform configuration to operating model and service support.
Your responsibilities will include support on identity and access management, deploying of data, running database queries, feature release updates, prioritising customer and internal tickets, and resolving issues within our OLA and SLAs. The role brings a huge scope for learning and technical career development with the interaction from our Platform and Engineering team.
An efficient communicator, your technical curiosity and natural ‘can-do attitude’ and creativity will inspire new ways of approaching technical challenges, triaging, and resolving them quickly and accurately.
