Akamai Technologies, Inc. is hiring for the following role in Cambridge, MA (multiple openings): Product Support Engineer. Providing Escalation Support to resolve issues relating to cutting-edge security software suite that were unable to bring to resolution by lower support tiers. Ensure network performance, reliability, and security for Akamai customers. Analyzing software issues and work closely with R&D and PM to prioritize and schedule their fixes. Providing workarounds to mitigate product defects and develop scripts for custom configurations and solutions. Representing the organization as an SME/Technical Lead in internal and external correspondence. Managing partners integration and Beta Support. Required Qualification:

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Information Systems, Biology, Telecommunications, or Telecommunications Systems Management, plus four (4) years of experience in the job offered or closely related engineering role. Must have: Two (2) years of experience in the following: SQL, NoSQL (Aerospike), API, Linux, AWS, Jira, Salesforce, Kibana, DataDog, and Grafana.

Compensation:

Akamai is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The base salary for this position ranges
from $108618 - $193100; a candidate’s salary is determined by various factors including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and location.

The compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of annual bonus or incentives, equity awards and an Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP).
