AIML - Sr Product Manager, Data Apps & Metrics Platform
Job Description
Define the vision and strategy for Apple’s data apps and metrics platform ecosystem. Evangelize and prioritize across a multitude of business needs, partners, and use cases, resulting in a clear and directed plan. Together with Engineering partners, own the execution of the product roadmap, and deliver to our technical and non-technical customers. Drive adoption across Apple product development teams, to effectively use data as the voice of the customer. Proactively identify use cases from internal partners, build business proposals, and define requirements and product specs. Build a robust feedback loop with customers, partners, and users to improve products continuously. Devise product metrics to measure the success of our data apps.
Responsibilities
You will define and drive the products that enable Apple to use data as the voice of the customer, leading to the highest quality user experiences, with the strongest privacy guarantees in the industry, for Apple's customers. You will work with world-class engineering, data science, and product teams. You will define, lead, and execute on the roadmap for Apple AIML’s Data Apps and Metrics Platform. You will partner with our engineers, product managers, and data scientists, to get data into the hands of Apple product teams working on Siri, Search, and more. Your work will be instrumental to Apple’s product decisions.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years in a product management role that includes responsibilities for both strategy and execution
- Track record of successful product delivery
- Ability to synthesize information and distill it down to a clear message or plan
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral, able to tailor to and engage different audiences
- Adept at managing and prioritizing across many partners
- Passionate about delivering the best user experience to internal users by actively understanding user needs and translating requirements into the product roadmap
- Able to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, make recommendations and drive actions
- Self-motivated, independent, and proactive
- Creative and critical thinker
- Ability to quickly triage, prioritize, and drive consensus
