As a Clinical Solutions Consultant, you will be responsible for collaborating on sales strategies, identifying customer challenges, and crafting a message that speaks to relevant, differentiated value. Responsibilities
- Partner with sales representatives to develop and execute an effective selling strategy for each opportunity
- Discover and document customer's goals, workflows, business and clinical challenges and opportunities to link these back to the value of our software
- Create compelling, credible, and persuasive software demonstrations and presentations to business and clinical leaders
- Develop expert level knowledge of all TeraRecon solutions and establish yourself as both a domain and solution expert in the eyes of your audiences
- Deliver and communicate ROI for our clients by driving value
- Liaise with Product Management to enhance TeraRecon products with new features that anticipate customer and market needs
- Crossover as needed to assist with clinicians training.
- Stay current on trends impacting healthcare and competitive analyses to properly position TeraRecon’s differentiators
- Contribute to the building and evolution of internal processes
- Support Marketing events like user conferences, trade shows, webinars, etc.
- Provide leadership on RFP/RFI responses.
- Maintain and enhance pre-sales demonstration environments and materials.
- Pursue a program of self-development using selected reading, seminars, and participation in continuing education
Job Requirements
- Proven pre-sales skills: minimum of 2 or more years of experience presenting and demonstrating medical imaging software solutions (i.e., PACS, Advanced Visualization, CAD, etc.)
- Proficiency with TeraRecon’s application and the willingness to broaden your expertise as we continue to develop solutions
- The ability to demonstrate value versus features and functionality
- A complete and thorough understanding of the workflow, needs and challenges facing today’s complex medical imaging organizations
- Experience on stage, in webinars, and presenting/communicating to large audiences
- Exceptional communication skills in demonstrating relevant value and key differentiators in a way that’s compelling and memorable
- An ability to establish credibility with executives, business decision-makers, physicians, and clinical influencers
- Experience building and maintaining relationships and the ability to drive engagement and adoption of new technology
- A strong ability to articulate technology concepts to both high level business audiences and highly clinical or technical individuals
- An ability to prioritize and perform tasks and activities that may be out of your comfort zone
- A positive, “can do” attitude, high emotional intelligence, and resilient character
- A results-driven sales mindset and sense of urgency
- A high degree of passion, energy, drive, and willingness to travel (anticipated 40%-50% travel, depending on how COVID changes the way we do business)
- A strong work ethic, a self-starter with comfort in a dynamic environment where you are expected to move quickly and wear many hats. Ability to effectively complete tasks and projects with minimal supervision
- Fluent medical terminology in English
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Radiography/Imaging required
- CT or MR post-graduate certification or equivalent experience, required.
- Master’s degree in business, healthcare related field, desirable but not required
