In this role, you will be focused on designing and improving the employee experience aligned with our company culture, leading global and local projects, and implementing new ideas that achieve our people programs and culture. As part of this role, you will be part of the HR team, supporting HR initiatives, and working with our recruitment team to manage the hiring process, scheduling of interviews and providing the best candidate experience. You will also support the local office needs, ordering supplies, working with local vendors, preparing for new employees, and working with the local employees to support them as an office professional providing best-in-class service.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee everyday operations of the office including ordering supplies, ensure office is maintained, surfacing solutions and provide recommendations for office enhancements
  • Coordinate and prepare for office events, team meetings, and executive meetings for employees and visitors
  • Create, facilitate, and manage a local and global employee experience program working together with other HR functions abroad
  • Improve employee experience through onboarding, talent management, creating a culture, and implementing values in employees’ everyday life
  • Own HR projects that are cross-functional and global working with stakeholders within the HR team and throughout the company
  • Drive and support the recruitment process, posting jobs, reviewing resumes, coordinating interviews, moving candidates through the process, and ensuring a positive candidate experience

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a startup environment, as an Office Admin or HR professional
  • Experience in a growing startup environment with little existing office management infrastructure
  • Very comfortable with a fast-paced, high-demand, always-evolving environment
  • A track record of both designing and implementing effective processes
  • Experience driving people programs and initiatives
  • Focusing on the details, but always mindful of the big picture
  • Exercising good judgment when handling sensitive situations
  • Excellent teamwork and customer facing skills
  • Excellent communication/interpersonal skills and organizational skills; strong problem-solving ability
  • Strong desire to learn, and grow, with the ability to take on new tasks and work independently
  • English at a high level
  • BA in a related field - advantage
