As an Executive Assistant, you will play a pivotal role not only in keeping the organization running smoothly and efficiently, but inspiring morale and team building. You will have the opportunity to partner directly with the Marketing leadership team to ensure that the day-to-day operations and schedules are accounted for and in motion. In addition, this person will lead the planning and coordinating of Marketing team events.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars in a proactive and thoughtful manner for our CMO + VPs.
  • Execute on external events in tandem with the Marketing executive and leadership team (i.e. conferences, speaking engagements, team building).
  • Quarterback special projects associated with our Marketing executive and leadership team.
  • Manage travel & expedite expense reports.
  • Collaborate cohesively with other members of the administrative support team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree with strong academic achievement.
  • 5-7 years of Executive Assistant experience to VP-level stakeholders within tech.
  • Experience working within a Marketing organization strongly preferred.
  • Ability to manage multiple calendars in tandem. Preference for executive level coordinating and event planning experience.
  • Attention to detail, coupled with creative problem solving and superior communication skills.
  • Proactive mindset to handle regular activities without prompting, and advise in advance of potential issues.
  • Track record of accomplishment in all previous roles.
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to navigate and flourish in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
  • Proficient using Google G-Suite.
