CrowdStrike is seeking a Manager of Corporate Sales to lead, coach, and mentor a team of talented Corporate Account Executives who focus on new logo acquisition. This team manages the full sales cycle for the mid market segment
Responsibilities
- Frontline manager for a team of 6-10 Corporate Account Executives
- Coach reps on sales strategies, technique, and best practices
- Forecast accurately to management
- Work with internal teams to grow the team’s pipeline and increase close rates
- Recruit and train new Corporate Account Executives
- Meet with customers and prospects to understand their security needs and how •
- CrowdStrike may be able to stop them from being breached
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of Sales experience generating net new business for a technology company, preferably in Saas and/or Security
- 1+ years of front line sales management with history of meeting/exceeding quota and performance expectations
- Experience with Salesforce reporting
- Track record of leading a successful team
- Experience hiring and working in a rapidly changing environment
- Channel Sales experience
